Cooper, Elizabeth photo Elizabeth Cooper is a licensed architect, a LEED accredited professional and a partner at The Architects Office in Boise. She holds a Master of Architecture and a Master of Science in Environmental Health on top of an undergraduate degree in Biological Science. Her extensive scientific background informs her work as an architect as she designs and consults on healthy building environments.
